Yael Zehavi

Yael Zehavi was born and raised in a secular Kibbutz. After getting married, Yael established a framework for Jewish studies for women and girls. For the past 12 years, she has been the Educational Director at Nefesh Yehudi Israel. Yael also teaches in various schools, gives lectures and classes in Israel and around the world and is a regular writer for a newspaper.

Rabbi Dr. Akiva Tatz

Rabbi Dr. Akiva Tatz was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. After practising as a doctor in South Africa, the U.S. and Israel, he engaged in Talmudic study and became a lecturer and teacher in Jewish thought and medical ethics in Jerusalem. He is the Founder and Director of the Jerusalem Medical Ethics Forum and has written several books on Jewish Thought and Philosophy, which were later translated into Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau

Chief Rabbi of Tel Aviv-Yaffo
and former Chief Rabbi of Israel.

Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau is a survivor of the Buchenwald concentration camp. He was the Chief Rabbi of Natanya, Chief Rabbi of Tel Aviv and he is the former Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Israel. He wrote several books about his experience in a concentration camp.

Rabbi Lau currently serves as chairman of the Yad Vashem Council.
